try this website: [link]http://www.raidentech.com[/link] they are selling cheap mini subs. The X-sub is my favorite fish tank toy. It's very controllable & has a 1 hour playtime.
The Sea Explorer 2 mini sub has cool lights but has a short playtime of only 5-10 minutes. The control for the SE 2 mini sub is a little "fuzzy" for me. The fish in my aquarium tank are a little bit annoyed coz this mini sub moves a little too fast.

Ok got a question. I got the x-sub. The 1st time i used it it dived fine. Now it seems like the back end is too bouant so now it wont dive. So i send it back and get a new one. this one does the same thing. It will go down about 4 inches and float right back up even with the props spinning. It does this with new and old batteries. I have the little cabin hole filled with the little bb's but still wont dive. Help [:@]

Try using a NiMh AAA battery on the X-Sub instead of alkaline batteries. Alkaline batteries (even rechargeable alkalines) are lighter by weight compared to same sized NiMh batteries. T

i just got brought a X-sub by my GF for my B-day
it's fantastic, i couldn't find my fish tank so i spent 30 mins sitting on the toilet playing with it in the sink as soon as i got it lol
I'm trying to find my tank so i can use it properly but right now i have it weighted so only the aerial is out, it rises slow and makes control underwater much easier.
i found with my rechargeable AAA it was neutral with no ballast, but with the larger non-rechargeable it was lighter and needed 10 balls or so.
