I have one of these subs, bought one from RadioShack two years ago. The sub itself is 2-channel controlled, that means that it can only dive forward and can't run straight. The controller itself has all teh standard, directional controls you'd find on a 2-channel radio excepth there is a "super-dive" button located on top of the transmitter case (not sure if this will make the sub 3-channels) that will make the motors turn and dive the sub faster. After a few runs I noticed that the sub's hull has cracked, this was fixed using CA glue. Also, the O-rings that seal the hull often tends to roll out after a few times when you pull open the rear hull cap. Aprt from that it was fun to play with in the kitchen sink for the first time.

It's not a GREAT sub to run but not a piece of junk either, I think you'd be much better off with the Walmart sub.

HelioBreaker, I wouldn't trust buying stuff from this guy, the sub pictured in the bid is merely a Walmart sub that you can find on the shelf of your local walmart store for under $30, yet the guy is extraggerating its value and attaching some huge piece of information about the real sub that doesn't even fit the model. My advice: skip this one.
