So far the best one I have seen is this one Built by someone in Germany.

This should be Smallest Sub with working ballast tank, working dive planes and working rudders.

So far I think the ones shown so far with working rudders, diving planes and motors are awsome. I archived the photo I posted because it clealy shows how the gentlman built the linear actuators for the control surfaces.
