Sheerline subs
Hi everyone.
I would Love to purchase a WW2 U-boat from sheerline but I cant seem to get ahold of anyone from the company.
Does anyone know if sheerine is still in the busniese of making and sellng submarines. I e-mailed them twice and tryed calling but I have not been able to get ahold of anyone at sheerline. Do they sell to the public or do you have to go thru a vendor or something to purchase one of tthere subs? Thank you in advance

Yes, as far as I know they are still around.
Try posting your question in SubPirates under RC Modeling & am sure you'll be contacted by someone who can get you a reponse.

Hi,
Chris Cloke who runs Sheerline Subs here in the UK has been in hospital for a minor operation, but he should be available again next week, or you could try calling him tomorrow (Saturday) on +44 1493 754007. Chris supplies direct to the customer and if you buy one of his new Type 2D U-boats you will not be disappointed! If you still have problems contacting him, let me know and I will call him and ask hime to email you.
Regards,
Dave (ddkeo)

That Type IID does look extremely nice! I'd had better hold myself back after the recent buying splurge I just got done with!

DDKEO, I am interested in getting in touch with Chris at Sheerline. I would prefer to avoid the phone charges. Would you forward my email address to him if I gave it to you?

RE: Sheerline subs
Hello all. I happened across this site and spotted a few queries regarding contacting me. I am currently in the process of having a website put together and it's long overdue, but in the meantine, anyone wishing to get hold of me can e-mail me at [email protected] or call me on 01493 754007. I am happy to answer any queries anyone has regarding my subs and will respond asap. I do look in on forums but can't guarantee as speedy a response as I would give if you were to contact me directly.
Best regards.....Chris Cloke
