Hi Matt, The U2540 I was wondering about converting to a static dive can be found here. http://www.modelspot.com/robbe/u2540.htm There is a big differance in these two!!! We are working on the Robbe, which is huge!! Check this one out!

Check out Steve Neil's conversion project on Subpirates.
He converted Minihobbies 1/144 Wilhelm Bauer into a dynamic diver. It's in the last 5 pages of the thread.
