Hi all,

Do anyone know if RC Command is still in business? I ordered some parts for my Jagp 4 weeks ago. And I have not herd anything from
him. I tried emailing him. but he is not responding. Is this normal for this guy?

Hi Chris.

You say your parts are backordered,
Did you get in contact with him?
And when he sent the parts you did
get did you a email saying what parts
where coming with the tracking # ?
This is my first time dealing with him
so I did not know what to expect from him.
I will give him a little more time.
But if he will not respond to my emails and
let me know what going on with my parts
I will have cancel the order and stop payment
On the card.

Hope your parts come in soon Chris and
Thanks for the replie.
All of our suppliers at this time are having trouble getting the parts from the manufacturer. they are just not in any hurry. they want Bill and Phil to buy a thousand units of each part not just 20 or 30 at a time as they need them. This is THE problem at the moment. all our regular sellers that we deal with are having delays in receiving the parts. try to be patient. Julie will most likely get to your email as soon as she can. First come first served. Many parts are on back order. they are usually the most common ones. Track tensioner , idlers. The last time i spoke to Bill last month he pretty much explained the whole situation. I fear this is going to get worse before it gets better so it may be a good idea to group your purchases as well as you can. you stand a better chance of getting what you need as well as what you want. This is just the way it is at the moment. They dont have the buying power Mato or Raidentek have. These are small one man operations that are really hurt when the makers play games with orders. Which is what they are doing.

What Panther G said, Phil told me nearly the same thing as well. This hobby has a very tiny market share compared to most other hobbies and in particular when compared to other RC interests. I’m also into Astronomy, which is small as well but huge when compared to RC tanks and I’m used to waiting months for stuff in that hobby.

Hay, I don't have any problem waiting for the Parts to come in. The jagdpanther project has been pushed to the back burner, (My Tamiya Leopard came in). But like I stated in the previous post, this is the first time I dealt with this guy and its been almost a month and nothing. When I e-mail him I get no reply, so I get kinda worried. If you guys trust him, then I can to.

Thanks for the input.

I ordered3 crystals reciently from them. I had to ping them and ask the status and then they responded that they were short handed, had only 1 of the crystals in stock and offered a refund for the other 2. I did however receive confirmation that it was shipped out. They are ok... just having a difficult moment.

It is the parts availability at the moment so their email response time will back up accordingly when every customer orders a part that the seller is waiting for also. Bill and Phil have both been going through this same problem for months. The parts are just not coming from china in a timely fashion.
