Default Contacting Mato

Anyone have an email to Mato? I'd like to order some spare parts for experimentation (and correct past experimentation) for my Bulldog and Pz III. From what I've seen on the forum I can get small parts to replace stuff even if it's not listed on the site's store.

TIA

Just go to the Mato site and select the "contact us" tab and fill out the online form.
They will contact you within a couple of days.

[email protected]

They are pretty good at sending parts. Sometimes have to send them a second message as I believe some are not read or followed up. I just returned some parts...had to send them 3 emails before they responded and they claimed thay didn't get the others.

Yeah, just e-mail them and ask. They will get back to you and even send you a Paypal invoice. I wish I knew exactly what they could get because they can get a lot. I asked for 50 sets of gears for gearboxes and they quoted me that.

They can pretty much get any HL part that you need since they are the biggest supplier this side of the world.

I heard rumblings that they can get other parts such as Asiatam/etc. I haven't asked and have no idea if that is reliable info but it would be good to know. Logic dictates they could only get HL/Mato parts though.

I thought they actually had some Asiatam parts at one time, but can't remember. They use all their own brand name parts now. Some may be made by different manufacturers but are still branded MATO.

I asked them about HL bulldog idler/roadwheels in metal/plastic. They said no...the plastic will last a loooong time, even with metal tracks, lol. Not much comfort there.

Using Mato and Asiatam together in the same sentence could create a spontanous explosion. Mato does not carry Asiatam parts

Thanks for the feedback. I'll use the email Pattoncommander provided. I tried the "contact us" webpage, but didn't hear back after about a week. But, it's also good to know that sometimes the emails don't seem to get through.

Thanks again.
