Perhaps Yellowshaker has the same problem recovering lost gear as me;

We spend lots of time painting these things all camo, then when parts fall off they blend in too well. Sometimes I think that I should paint all the lose parts blaze orange. I have spent many hours re-tracing my tracks to look for parts that I never found.

Yes sir, the lost wheel blended into the tall grass so well that I had no chance of recovering it, especially being that I have no cluse where it was lost on the field and the sun was going down...I am not a happy tanker. Does anyone know if the wechoe late wheels are a better set and if they will fit the asiatam swingarms?

Yep, I can see that. I've lost a few parts like that. Always is annoying. Usually our battle fields are much smaller;
easier to retrace one's steps.

I wouldn't mind losing a piece here and there, but this kind of puts me in a bind...you have to buy the whole set, and they are garbage. this is my second set...they just don't stay together...blah!!!!!

Have you tried going over the area with a metal detector?

Nah, that place is a drive for me and didn't have a metal detector on hand...I really need to find anothe roption with the wheels. Seems that no matter what I do, they come apart. I have seen pictures of late tigers on the forums and it seems I cannot find anyone with info on what late wheels are best. I am not sure that Wecohe will fit the asiatam suspension arms....

I'm sure you could ask one of the guys that lives close-by to do it for you. Better then buying a whole set of wheels for just one replacement.

PS, a metal detector may be a good thing to bring next time. Just in case of other mechanical failures LOL.

True. I may bite the bullet and buy the Wecohe wheels for this thing. i have a lot into it and would like to have it as strong as possible...A metal detector is not a bad idea at all though!
