Well, we RC Tankers are essentially adults re-living the kids inside us.

If it's your first Tamiya tank, it won't be your last. Happy Holidays.

Hmmm...Tamiya don't do BB's, IR is their prime forte. However, when you get started, do post a question or two, and I'm sure some of us vets will answer you well. There's lots you can do, but not a lot you HAVE to do, on the KT. Basically it's a good platform, and a relatively easy build OTB. You can do as little or as much as you want, and still have a darned good tank.

+1 to Sev...
KT Tamiya is a great model, self-sufficient and "very dangereous" for tank-battles'opponents... great sound and great detailed model.
Congrats on this!

But (imho) I do not recommend you to convert it into BBversion, otherwise you could do harm to KTDMU and DMFunits, having known how poor still electorics are for BB chinese tanks...

wishing you luck!

Yes I meant" Ball Bearing's" I would not turn it into an airsoft, I plan to make this the GOOD tank and leave the airsoft to my HL Tiger

You could always wrap it up and stick it under the tree.
