Nice...you'll have a ball. Hope you are familiar with double clutching...on a Sherman you'll learn fast...and drive with your ears. I'd love to crank up a running Sherman. All I have here is static displays. []

I now live in San Antonio and have ALWAYS wanted to learn how to drive a Sherman too. I guess you can say it's one of my top "bucket list" items. How do I go about doing this too? While the music was cool to listen to, I would have really liked to have heard those tanks firing up and running, but still, great pics and video. Thanks for sharing.

Ok jim, here you go, the sherman firing up, plus a demo of the power traverse on the chaffee....
The turret for the sherman is just about ready to be dropped on, the gun is now mounted..

I went to the Cavanaugh Flight museum in Addison TX yesterday, They have a Super Sherman on display. Pretty cool. I dont know if in working order, but it was cool to see.
