Mato Sherman motor question?
I'm sitting here with my son's stripped gear HL Tiger and my Mato Sherman in pieces noticing that all the gears are the same tooth pattern and number of teeth. I have already installed an 8 tooth pinion on my Sherman to slow it down but its still too fast for me. What motors are in the Mato Sherman? Will I see a decrease in speed by installing the stock HLmotors #RS-380SH ?

RE: Mato Sherman motor question?
Well.... after looking closer at my Mato motors I found one of them to be cracked in the back where the rear bearing rest. In fact, the shaft of the motor had pushed the plastic out cracking it so I had no choice but to replace the motors. For the most part they don't seem "too" much slower. It is probably me hoping for them to be slower more than anything but it still isn't anything close to the 3:1 set up YHR has.
Long story short, kinda slower, absolutely compatable, don't waste your time unless you have too.
