Happy NewYear
That's a Good lookinn Jadgpanther. I can't wait to see the weathering. I have an M41 that needs weathering \, just light dust over the O.D. I'll be looking for some tips. 66 degrees in S.Texas so I went for a bike ride then Bxersized the bulldog in the park while my better half (my friends' opinion) exersized her legs.

Jagdpanther looks real good. I also will anticipate seeing your weathering job. I was wondering, where you got the covers for the exhaust pipes. I made mine out of sheet brass, but your look much better. Your side skirts look very nice as well, are they metal or plastic? Thanks for sharing.

Went to my sisters house with the rest of my family then went to the in-laws. Ate pork and sauerkraut at both places. And then paid for it later at night

Oh, I forgot the original title of the post.
I was feeling a bit fuzzy from New Years Eve. So I just stayed home and watched with my wife ( really surprising as a European very anti war ) Steven Spielberg's " The Pacific ". through it's entirety ( stayed up to 2 am ) If you don't have the movie, I highly recommend it.

Hi Again
1SGT ... The exhausts, I tried making them but the originals had 28 vanes on them, I tried making them out of sheet brass and a lot of patience but only managed to get to 24 ..... not right !! I cheated, I bought a Heng Long Panther rear panel for 4.95 GBP on evil-bay.
The side plates, aluminium, had to be because I wanted to knock them around a bit and the brackets I made from 2mm brass bent at the ends an glued to the side
Regards
Richard

Yeah, I know what you mean about trying to get the vanes correct. In the pic you can see my attempt. Not really close, but it does give the illusion. I think I'll try your way as well. Maybe Mato will sell them as separate pieces?
Thanks
Jim
Thanks
