Better still have you done any research yourself? At least once a month there are requests for the very same thing and probably not a week goes by without there being a Tiger build, Winter paint job I assume you mean one with white on it as not all tanks depending on the front were painted white in winter you will find that this is a very difficult task to achieve many try very few manage to get anything like a representative finish

There are so many to choose from. Try scanning the pix here on the RCU archive for ideas. As for a winter theme i've always found this paint scheme to look really sharp.

Good luck, Bob

Your Tank is an early Tiger I so you will want too use the very dark Panzer Grau. This is almost a charcoal color if the brand you buy is correct. That is the base color for an early. A brand called  "Life Colors" has some really nice sets based on time frames for German and Allied armor. I'm not sure if I still have a link but you can do a search for LifeColors Acrylic paint sets. That should get you to them. Again the grey was very dark. The Germans actually called it Black  Grey. Then you can do your winter camo. Like it has been said, not all Tiger I's saw winter action. It depends on unit and time and what front they where assigned to.

Here is a link that shows various works of winter washed vehicles. Mig is the man with weathering effects. He also has products on the market to help poduce a great finish.

Tracks should not be painted rust color unless the tank has not moved at all or is a wreck. the alloy used for tracks did not rust quickly and any movement of the vehicle would remove the rust quickly. Some rust is ok but they would usually look metallic to a dark color with some dirt and mud thrown in for measure.

To be "correct" you would have to select a Tiger battalion and a time frame.

This Tamiya release replicates a March/April '43 production Tiger and therefore would have been painted from the factory in RAL 7028, aka Dunkelgelb.

The 504th might have received some replacements during this time but I would have to consult my references. These tanks would have been painted RAL 8000/7008 or 8020/7027 instead.

Once these tanks reached their respective units the crews or battalion level depot probably would have added disruptive colors of RAL 6003 and RAL 8017. These were supplied in tins as pastes which the crews thinned with petrol, ditch water, anything before applying with everything from air brushes and paint brushes to mops and tree branches.

the tracks have a bit of rust...
Unless you're depicting a tank that was knocked out the year before they would not have rust on the tracks. Stick with weathering effects instead.
