(Soliciting ) for people to join a new RC website??
Was wondering how many members here have received an e-mail from a "Jason" asking you to log-in and join (rc gods ).??
It says on the email "The following was sent to you through RC universe".
Now one thing for sure the name "******" is enough to keep me away in itself.........
Another is who is "Jason" ??? Is he a member here on RCU...???
And how did this unknown person get my personel email address..??? Was this supplied to him by RCU...???? I hope this is not the case.........??
Also thought it was against RC policy for someone to solicit members from here to go to another forum ....??

10-4 we don't need a new website...just upgrade this site to include tanks and AFV..or armor. I deleted my messages.

From what I gather "Jason" is a moderator for ******. SgtPearce, aka LeoA26, aka aka aka, you get the idea. Came on this board in January asking for parts and money to supply his hobby, then talked to this Jason person and asked to create a forum so that we could all go over to that site, because that is what we all wanted so he says ( don't know where he got that idea)[:@]. Then we all ignored him. Then he changed his name and tried to fool us old folks, then another member here pointed out his name change and posted it and we haven't heard from him since. Bigmig I haven't received any of these messages you speak of, and I dont know how they got your email. Just goes to show that no matter where you go you can't get away from idiots

I got the same invitation in my e-mail through R.C. universe ...
Nothing against a new forum ; but I'm already on 3 tank forums and it's too many ....
I spend more time on the computer than on my tanks ....

as we ALL said before...this site is in dire need of upgrading, in all areas, principally to include Tanks in the RC forum...not just occasional outsiders mixed with airplanes and nitro racers.... If it was managed properly, we wouldn't be looking for other sites to open.[>:]

this jerk is using the email link on the bottom of your profile screen turn of the email link to stop him the reason it comes from RCU is they link all emails trough there site when someone wants to contact you

Haven't been in Espanola for almost 5 years ...I used to play music in there ...I do remember the smell though ...

I would say it's rather bad form to solicit forum members to join another forum and use this forum as the solicitation device.

I also got the e-mail from Jason about a new web-site (R/C Gods) comeing from RCU. I ignored it and deleted it. He was STRANGE.
