Impact (and mitosal) customer service

Normally I wouldnt do this but im so impressed I have to give a shout out to these guys. I have an impact TU break a tooth, I got incontact with these guys intending to try and buy a replacement one. Well they couldnt do enough to help me out and where actually shocked that the tu had failed , so much so they imediately sent me out a replacement gear (usually you have to wait for the defective part to be sent back and recived by them before the replacement is dispatched). I have recivied the replacement today and now got the KT back on the road, so many thanks to the guys and mitosal and impact!</p>
