What are the components called
I have a coupleof tanks and am not 100% happy with the performance in relation to how the controller works and the reponse of the tank to it.
I thought of swapping our the HL electronics but got lost when I started reading about it.
Looking inside the tank:
1. The rx18 board - is that an ESC and what is a reasonable alternative that uses the same voltage and will connect to the motors?
2. what is the antennae bord called and will it connect to any other ESC I buy?
3. How do I ensure a new transmitter/radio is compatable with a new ESC?
4. How do I keep my sound with a ned ESC or whatever?
If anyone could point me to a dummies guide I d be grateful or basic reliable setup for HL tanksId be thankful.
One thats availabel in Europe. And I know I could talk to Phil (getting to be a standard response these days) but dealing with the states is a hassle from this side of the pond.
