There have been a few excellent scratch builds (Rex Ross finished one here not so long ago), but no ready to run or complete kit versions to be had.
Suggest you start out with a Mato Sherman chassis, and then get the styrene sheet and Milliput out

Hard to believe that crate runs. It has obviously been a target on a bazooka range and has suffered a couple local fires. [X(] Bet the interrior is a real mess. But hey, anytime anyone can get an old M-3 running...mazel tov!

As far as I know it came off the impact zone on SPTA, there is absolutuely nothing left inside, the chap driving was sat on a box.

They decided that it will not be restored but kept as is!!!!!

If it's not to be restored, at least sandblast it and use gallons of bondo to fill in those holes so it can have some fresh paint!!

And replace that wimpy barrel too.

I've seen a few custom 1/16s. I gladly take that one on one scale tank. My buddy Bill says I can play with at his sand-box in VA. I really like the 37 MM gun on that one. I bet it can shoot around corners with that bent barel....[:-]

wow, that is a chore in itself, getting a box over that tranny case. Most cases with a vehicle brought in from down range, that's what you find, inside all torn to pieces. Amazing they got it running.
