Default NbFz VI

Came across Amusing Hobby's recent 1:35 release today on Taobao. Has anyone considered building one of these German multi-turreted tanks that served in Norway?

Rex, this one would be right up your alley.

Nice Chuck, Looks like they were copying early Russian designs. That suspension must have been a bear to maintain.

Dang......I actually did take a long look at that tank and considered what it would take to build that ugly beauty. I even thought about buying the 1/35 model for reference. For some reason I am fascinated with AFVs that have turrets all over the place. That grosstraktor would be a project equal to the Char B1bis project I did a short while ago, but I don't think I'm ready to do that kind of a project again anytime soon. That tank is BIG. But it will remain on my bucket list, along with the Russian T35, the US M6, and the M3 with improved firepower.

You know I always kind of liked the little turret for the Radio operator/hull machine gunner. Much better view with moving turret and a greater field of fire.

Yea, I agree since I've always preferred earlier subjects that exude character, whether it be AFV or naval subjects. Must be the Steam Punk in me. [8D]

I'd buy something like this or others like it such as the Cruiser Mk 1, Char 2C or T-28 over an E100 or Maus any day.

Oh great! .........thanks a bunch, that's all I need..........more off the wall ideas about obscure (but very interesting) tanks to swirl around in my mind and tempt me to test my limited skills and even more limited mental stability. Char 2C? .......Yikes! [X(]
