Hello friends,

a few weeks back I mentioned a set of German nuts and bolts for one 16th scale German tanks. These are supplied by a new company that deals mostly in smaller models known as panda plastics.

I ordered the nuts and bolts about three weeks ago and never received them. I contacted the owner Paul and he immediately sent out another set priority mail. I didn't get these either. Once again I contacted Paul.

As it turns out my address had been wrong in my PayPal system sensor ZIP code change. Many businesses would've told me tough luck, but not panda plastics.

After giving Paul the correct address he promptly sent me out a new set which will make the third time he's tried to send me this product.

If Paul treats a small order with this much care and concern I can only imagine how well he takes care of his customers who make larger orders.

Paul is working slowly towards getting into the 16th scale tank parts and I encourage you all to visit his site and check out what he had us and also encouraged him to carry other one 16th scale items and goodies for our tanks.
