Nice, but still a bit steep for my bank acct. $326-392 is just too high for a half track. An M-3 TD might be OK.

You chaps do realise what chassis they are using on this conversion don’t you? As these have been around for a good few years I was considering converting one myself 4-5 years ago

I would guess that it is the Tamiya or Academy 1/25 Panther A or G chassis that he is converting to a halftrack. So if it is this is even more expensive. Wish he would sell the con version and then I could use my own Panther kit to do the running gear.

The Truck cabs may just be the ticket for a project i am building the parts inventory for.I would prefer an Oshkosh version but these may do just fine.

They certainly are, and it wouldn’t take much to convert your own Panther to a 251, once you have done 1 then you could start selling them for 300€

He is now building his own chassis for the 'tracks. I'll know more later this week. I will not handle them at eto, but I will find more info on them.
