I know there are a couple threads out there dealing with the HL Tiger I. I have one as well and have had it apart numerous times ( It's my oldest tanks ). Is there a specific type of disassembly your after?

Hello Jim,
I found a link to sperate the hulls and where the screws are. I am wanting to add metal tracks and new 3 to 1 gears as well as metal idler and running gear. I think they are Mato. Given to me by a good tanker. Just am not sure on how to replace the wheels.
I appreciate any help you can offer.
Thanks
David

Not sure if this is what your looking for, its on the FAQ, and if you scroll down a little there is how to remove the road wheels/idlers. I guess installing them would be the opposite lol.
Cheers,
Wade
