Default Stocking stuffers

For the the best buddy who has everything:

http://www.ebay.de/itm/Original-Quer...item2c69fffdc8

http://www.ebay.de/itm/Flugzeug-Me-1...item3a7beaac21

http://www.ebay.de/itm/Original-Land...item2c69fffdc5

or for the gift giver on a budget:

http://www.ebay.de/itm/BOSCH-LAMPE-A...item416e7caa8e

And this, the companion piece to the previous item was particularly interesting as I just learned there is a baffle behind the front of the cover.
Makes sense but I'd never seen the inside before.

At least you are closer to finding artifacts near where you live. I hope you will be joining us for the tankers European tour in 2014 for the 70th Aniversary of D-Day. I have luckey enough to bring back several "souvenirs" in my trips to France and Germany.

Plant the seeds now for you plans to make it to Europe in 2014. I hope we have a large group to make the trip more fun and less expensive.

Likw anything else Jeff, I you shop around you can find some good deals. I bought a German track link for a Raupenschlepper right here in NJ off Ebay for $4. What a deal.

Check locally and you may find some good deals. I just bought a shovel for a Kubelwagen at a nearby car show off a vendor selling hand tools and garden supplies. He didn't know what it was. That cost me $20.

With pleasure !
I will be with Flamme (another french member, you may have already seen his masterpieces) for the 70th celebrations. We do not know yet exactly how it'll be organized (organizing something in the middle of the Big Official Thing is the best source for headaches) but for sure you'll find us in Normandy making our 16th scale D-Day. We had begun a thread about that but it finally fell in the backyard of the forum.
As soon as I have more info, I'll post them here.
