Default scale gearbox
can anyone tell me what brand of gearboxes are needed to fit in elefant and gear it way down..... thanks

Do you have the Hooben transmissions, or is this a static piece?

I've replaced the Hooben tus with Tamiya tiger gearboxes and 3:1 reductions. Runs really smoothly with good scale speed.

I have stock hooben tran's....I was told to get speed 400 motors, to slow it down.

I run mine stock with the Hooben TUs, seems to run fine for me.  Battles nice too.

Graupner 400's 6V are apparently very good choices.
