E-100 Build?

E-100 Build?
I came across this E-100 kit http://www.customrcmodels.com/Tanks/...urg_models.htmand thought of giving it a go. I have a donor Tamiya KT for the running gear and I have read Mustclime's build so I kind of thought the Juckenburg kit may be more up my route since it appears more complete and I have nowhere near his skill in getting the Ludwig kit in running shape. Has anybody tried the Juckenburg kit and if so, what are the pitfalls? I know tracks can be a pain, so I may use my KT tracks or I heard 1/10 scale tiger tracks have been used. Does anybody have a source for those?
Thanks!

RE: E-100 Build?
Lol at my "skill".....all I have is the nerve to hack plastic and try stuff that might fail..........Yes someone made a tammy based e-100....vid

the problem is the e100 had 8 road wheels a sidethat were 900mm and the kt had 9 road wheels a side that were 800mm....this guys tank has 11 road wheels because he did not what to mess with thewheel spacing and size.....the e100 is much longer than the kt....he has a build thread out there some place .....My advice ...get chris's kit for the tamiya base( set up to use tamiya suspension) , use my trick for making the wheels larger and go to town.....
Want to see a thank built by a real modeler?.....look at this....
