Yeah, I couldn't believe the detail I was going to have to do either ..... until I got past the point of no return. I always do that. I look at the "big pieces" and think, "Hey, no problem - piece of cake". The turret and rear deck were the tedious detail part. The basic lower hull was easy by comparison. I never want to paint my projects and cover up the "details of the details", until I get tired of looking at naked styrene and body putty. I really wanted to build the best Centurion I could. I am happy with the way it turned out (so far). I think I have a workable solution for the offset tranny gear drive that it needs. We shall see......

I love that tank - can't believe the Centurion isn't widely available in 1/16.... someone has got to get on this!
