Has anyone ever bought anything from these chaps? http://atakmodel.istore.pl/en/error/...ect=error404_1
In particular the STUG modifications or zimmerit kits?
Would appreciate any feedback prior to bothering.....

Bought the KT Porsche zimmerit kit some time ago. It was made for the Trumpeter kit and had to adapt it to the HL KT, but it was doable. Since then more versions have been made available.
Beautiful kit, I recommend it.

I bought the Stug Saukopfblende mantlet and cupola add on wedge armor from them before ETO started carrying them. I am in the U.S. and it took two weeks to get to me. I would buy from them again if I were not able to get it from ETO here in the U.S. now. Should take less time for you to get it in Norway since they are in Poland. Their stuff is really made well. The Saukopfblende manlet is a direct replacement for the early block mantlet on the HL Stug. No modifacation needed to install it. Same with the add on armor wedge for the Stug cupola. Nice fit there as well.

I have sold a goodly amount of ATAK and haven't had the first complaint about quality and fit. Service from ATAK is excellent. I do have just about everything they make in 1/16 except for a couple items, HL items, but I'll get them on the next order.

It was the concrete stug armour I was thinking about....... it looks good there but Im in half a mind about getting it as I often think it looks stupid in real life photos....
Cant say Im a big fan of zimmerit but if I was, it certainly looks like this would be the kit to buy...

The best photo I have seen of the concrete add on armor is of a captured StuG III G in use by the U.S. Army. The ATAK set with the logs would look best on a Finnish Sturmmi while the other set would work best wit a German StuG. Although the one photo of StuG "12" has the treads in it's concrete armor? Looks like ATAK mixed and matched their sets?
