Default Eric at Imex, I got a question...

Its really plain and simple.. no secrets.

Do you (meaning Imex/Taigen) have any intention or plans to do the M1 Abrams full metal? Has it been talked about? What does the big bossman have to say? Spotlight is on you! LoL

Of course it has been talked about, as well as a bunch of others. We know it is requested a lot, I shouldn't have to tell you guys your voices do not go unheard.

I think that if it was official, Erik would have told us already...we already got pretty good news for 3 new tanks from Taigen, and the last 2 are only being released in Q4...that's pretty much at the end of the year...so I'm pretty that as soon he will have news about tanks that are concrete he will let us know...no point in promising something then disapoint everybody because it wont happen...

My friend and I have a saying at work.
Ask and you shall recieve..dont ask ,you dont recieve...

Just remember one thing. If you wanna hit the home run, make sure the sucker has the proper metal tracks with rubber pads..

I think you all need to read between the lines...................you would see the answers.

don't know about you all, but it sounds pretty clear to me is all I'm saying.

Well Tamiya doesn't hint at what they're going to release. But when they announce it, its ready for the market. Unlike Hooben who did pre-production prototypes and stuff years before the T-55A finally got into the hands of modellers. I think its probably better to do it Tamiya's way - the market's so starved of new tanks that *any* distinctly-new tank would be received with enthusiasm and interest.

So I rather Heng Long, Taigen, Mato, or whoever, just go ahead and do it, instead of hinting. We're all chafing at the bit to get at a Challenger 2 that's been announced a year ago but with no hint of a release date as yet.

"2014 is going to be a good year..." Does that mean a Borgward IV?
