Tamiya Leopard 2A6 Tank question
Hello fellow tankers.
How many different versions of the Tamiya Leopard 2A6 has there been ? Did they come with same motors ? Tranys ?
Any Help and detail is great
thank you

There has been only one version. It comes with two standard Mabuchi-type silver can 540 motors, and has the same unique transmission that sees one motor providing forward and reverse power, and the other providing turning power.
Previous versions of the Leopard are the Leopard 1A4, which uses a single 540 motor in a different gearbox that uses a servo to distribute the motor's power between the two tracks. None have actually used the same configuration as Tamiya employs for their WW2 tanks.

It depends what you mean by bigger. The 2A6 has a greater overall length by virtue of its longer gun barrel, but it looks as though the 1A4 chassis has greater volume, and the Gepard is taller.
