..been working on a Firefly using Mato, HL and Tamiya parts. Got as far as the first coat of paint...

Looks good. Nice job on the small hatches. Fireflies are my favorite, I need to build another one as well. Thinking of the small hatch with three piece tranny cover. I have been hoping someone would come out with a small hatch Sherman just to make the job a little easier, It looks like I would be waiting a long time for that, so I might as well break out the exacto and get after it.

Very cool. Outstanding job!!! I put a 17 pounder on my Tamiya Sherman and called it a day as I do not possess your talent...

Ahh that is excellent, and very tempting to do my own. I never went ahead with it because of the logistical challenges getting the "right" parts.. blah!

I'm sure it's been done but has anyone built the Borden (Military base here in Ontario) Firefly? It's a one of a kind Canuck tank
