If you don't want to go resin, the Trumpeteer kit is the only way to go, but I wonder why somebody would buy it and not use the turret.

If I thought it would work I'd buy a trump kit and then tell you that you can have it for free, but you have to come get it. We know why I can't cross the ambassador, so I'm trying to figure out how to convince you, Greg, to get a freakin' passport or enhanced license!

Most guys buy the kit for the turret. I know I did. Resin might be the only way to go. I know I contemplated casting some for my own use, but I ended up being impatient and used the thing and missed out on an opportunity to cast some.

Profiline made a couple different turrets as well as Juckenburg.

What else did you use from the kit? I know there were lots of other goodies in there.

I used the photo etch rear screens, upper hull and wheels. I contemplated building the diesel engine and sticking a speaker inside of it. Have a Benedini and battery supply built into a base, and I could have had a bench running Diesel engine. Still got all the parts to do it .

Profiline issued a T-34/76 Uztm version (the so called 'mickey mouse' version) but is no more, and Asiatam who bought their moulds hasn't re-issued it yet.

Juckenburg never issued a T-34 kit of any sort. I have asked them if they have plans, now that several other T-34 models are available, but no answer yet.

Panzerparts /Modellino is the only available turret kit (AFAIK), mixed resin and white metal. I built their Su-76i and liked it. It's a kit modelled for the WSN T-34, but it won't be difficult to adapt to the heng long one.

Yea, stumbled across him looking for turrets for my 1:16 BK1124 build. Seems legit & he confirmed he'll sell for $50. Just drop him an email with your needs.

I think I've got what you want, Greg, (as long as you're looking for the 1943-type hexagonal turret). PM sent. -Mike
