In the spirit of Edoubleaz's post I wanted to add how I need to stay off Ebay. I do not need another project, but I just scored a 1/16 R/C Tamiya Gepard almost new in the box for a good deal. $318 shipped to my location is pretty good considering what some go for especially the R/C versions. I plan on shipping this to Darryl so he can work his magic on it like he is currently doing now with my Leopard 1A4. I will post pics when it gets here....I am sooo broke!!!!!!

The Gepard Flakpanzer was an off and on project, using a Futaba 2.4, 7 channel system. The project began in 2011 to the beginning of 2014. Daryl calls it a world class model and I agree.

Daryl's fast spin turret solution emulates the real Gepard and is awesome! As to your time and expense, when well finished, your Gepard, will be worth many times more than the time and money you will have invested into it. Same goes for the Leopards or any Daryl Turner model for that matter.
