Battleday Can-Am R/C Tank Club...
Happy Fathers Day to all! We had our June meet yesterday in the heat but at least no rain! Last year virtually all of our primary dates were rained out. This year 2 for 2 so far!

Haven't run a tank since March so I'm pretty jealous. Looks like a fun time and the battlefield looks great, the raked grass piles make for some good looking hay piles in the steppe. Thanks for taking the time to take pics and a vid to share.

I didn't get roasted by the sun either!!
The grass piles were FUN, and they were clumpy enough to stay together on tanks for mobile camo. I think it actually worked too.
I don't think we have any footage but I actually got my battlefield pyrotechnics to work... simple paper black powder tubes that went off periodically. Surprised a lot of people
