Default when is matomart going to restock?

I am a canadian shopper and on the matomart website it says that the only tanks that are in stock are the king tiger pz3 pz4 pershing and the t34. I have been waiting a LONG time for the kv1 or tiger 1 to restock. The only website that has tanks in it is the international shoppers website. Even the american website has next to nothing for tanks...

The Chinese workforce take their annual summer holidays at this time and finding new stock is unlikely before September from any supplier.
The French also shut most industry down at this time but they are not famed for 1/16 R/C Armour.

I would have thought this was a question best asked of Matomart I doubt forum members will know more than the suppliers.

Exactly. If you have something to get off your chest on here, there IS http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/rc-t...rs-lounge.html where it will not push off threads from the 1st page and is a little more appropriate for these kinds of discussions.

I know you were looking for a Mato Heng Long tank Kv-1 in/from Canada, and since you havent gotten an answer from Mato why not try Erik at IMAX TAIGEN TANKS in FLORIDA .

No ones posted in the tankers lounge since Feb, so probably not the best place to get an answer. Rivets right that Mato will probably give the best answer but the questions perfectly legitimate in this bit of the forum Geoffrey.

It was simply that you both are a pair of what I call intellectual bullies... Both really smart guys with loads of experience and probably could have directed Cromwell to alternate sources with all your connections but as usual your favorite thing to do is belittle and slap someones wrist. I didn't add anything to the question because I thought Jarndice gave a rather proper answer. As well since there is a Mato agent on here from time to time the natural assumption maybe that Matomart is connected and perhaps would answer?

Selkirk, it’s too late at night here in tea swizzler land and I still maintain Matomart will know the answer. “intellectual bully” LOL I will have to add that to my CV under positive points.

Since mato mart doesn't have stock, try Taigen. Erik takes care of RCU customers pretty well.
Taigen tanks are more expensive than henglongs but they overall are much better tanks and most have metal lower hulls and some have metal turrets.
Check them out.

In the model train world Im a rivet counter, and we get a bad rap for being snooty to not so accurate modelers but I try to keep my snootiness under control.

The container is here in Toronto. We will un-load the container Thursday or Friday. The tanks will be available before Friday.

Thanks for your help,

I have been in communication with matomart as well. ive had an order pending since the weekend. its normal for mato mart to take some time though i think its a smaller operation and im willing to be patient for a cottage industry.
