Nice. This is where the personal printers shine.

One thing you might keep in mind, the sound travels from both sides of the speaker cone. If you add a port, which could be a simple tube to the inside, you'll get more developed sound.

I used to build my own bass cabinets from two designs, one a scoop bin where two 15" speakers faced forward on the top half and the back has a curved base to aim the rear of the speakers forward. The second was a folded horn, where an 18" speaker was in a small box in the center that actually faced towards the rear where it split into two chambers facing forward while the speaker box projected the energy from the rear of the speaker forward.

This is cool! I am thinking about a 3D printer what model do you guys recommend for a first time user?
