Hi Rex
Interesting - looks like the turret met with an explosion and has been unseated.
Looking further on that site - saw this - the distant vehicle
& wondered what it was - looked lower than a M577, but up close - 
, extra armour, changes the look quite a bit.

After a closer look, I think you are correct about the turret on the tank model
Also, I was able to copy the Korean Language caption under the photo and paste it into the Google translate website and got this translation. ---- "K277 command armored vehicle. It was improved based on K200."
