Default Anyone else having trouble uploading?

I seem to be getting authentication errors when trying to upload my pictures, anyone else getting the same? Been happening to me since last week since I tried to upload the P3 stuff.... I actually went ahead and added it to our website for now although you wont be able to purchase for a bit. Not sure what is up with this site since they changed it but I don't care for it much
Here is a link to the new P3 where you can get a bit of info: http://www.taigentanks.com/taigen/p3metal
I've also been working on the website parts a bit too as well to make gearboxes and 360 kits a bit easier to shop for now too. There are now only 3 listings for gearboxes: zinc, steel v1, and steel v2. Inside of these listings you can select your tank and the rest is taken care of for you, no need to wonder what numbers to memorize anymore. The same for the 360 kits, there is now just one listing and from there you can select the tank it goes in. Hopefully this makes shopping for them a bit easier. If you have a link to one of the older gearbox or 360 kit listings it will automatically forward you to the new listing so nothing should be lost. Please let me know if you find the 404 page and how you got there if you do so I can fix it. Thanks tankers!

Nice looking Panzer III with all the goodies. What is the time frame for us to be able to purchase and will there be a separate rolling chassis that we could add our Stug III upper hulls to?

I'm not getting any errors. The P3 looks great.
Will this have recoil?
Would it be possible to remove the spaced armor if someone wanted? IE is the hull complete under the armor?

The Panzer III AND Panzer IV are expected to be here in late July or early August if all goes well. The first PIV will be the summer edition and then we will do a winter scheme. The PIII I am not sure if the color is final yet but I REALLY like the grey color they had at the factory, it looked pretty darn good IMO and probably one of my favorite paint jobs.

Yes, the IR version will have barrel recoil. If you mean on the front near the MG then yes, it is an accessory (although glued) that I'm sure someone with your skill and a bit of CA debonder will have no issues removing.

Oh and more naked pictures for the tanks will come, I have had good feedback from that and will most likely put that in all the product pages to help with differentiating between metal and plastic components. Sorry I'm slow to answer emails and such, I'm working on the website to bring a few things up to date. I've sorted all the Taigen parts and added categories to search from, condensed all the gearbox listings into just a few simple listings where you pick by tank, and more planned soon. I'm always open to suggestions too!

Oh, I noticed the Zenon units got larger OD. This means that some of the smaller ID barrels won't fit them. Is this something random or are the units now going to be this way?

Strange, I just compared one we just got a month or so ago to one from at least 2 years ago or so and both are exactly the same except the shrink wrap on them. What dimensions are you getting? I'm getting 3.75mm for the Xenon tube and around 4.8mm including the wire that runs down the side of it. At the widest the wires that run down the barrel are around 2.6-3.8mm depending on how the wires are heat shrunk. Either way this should be plenty to fit down the minimum 6mm barrel we use (need that 6mm for airsoft) and I doubt there will be a new barrel just for IR like we did in the past. I'll see if I can get an update on if there is two different barrels ok?

As you can see the last one is 5.5 and straight. The other is 6 and because it isnt uniform won't fit. The buld gets wedged.

I had 2 other that had a clear shrink tube that were 4mm

I see your order, send those two into me and I'll replace them ok? I'll definitely check those today and make sure all of them are not the incorrect size.

What about separate rolling PZ III chassis? May need one for a Stug project.

You can build one from the parts section.

Rudy, I was about to post a photo of my two PzIII metal edition lowers (one the PzIII and one the StuG III) but then I remembered the new software will make it into a tiny little thumbnail anyway so why bother?

Anyway, I think Erik can put together a package deal for the lower, tracks, sprockets, idlers, roadwheels, etc.

Yes the new one will be available in the shop when we get some. I'll make sure updated info is put up showing the difference and such.

Yea I'll put something together of course. I'm hoping to do another kit version with both the PIII and PIV tanks. They aren't huge sellers but they are steady at least. I will definitely have the new parts like the turret, upper hull, new wheels, etc listed separately for those who want to upgrade one part at a time too.
