Good luck with that. You can also do the T-72 through Deagostini, though the built model is also available. Let us know how things come together.

I'm still trying to decide between just trying to rc the kit, or using it to detail and accurize a base rc Tiger, probably a Taigen, as I have 2 already.

Both will be tough. R/Cing will take some major work and don't think the static stuff will fit without some good work as well. Best bet is to build it on it's own. It's all possible just depending on how much time you want to invest.
