Google translate left me with more questions than answers about this:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Build-the-G...wAAOSwMEtaW2Qb
Not certain what is being sold. Is it a series of magazines that have articles on how to make the model, from scratch? Is
it a 'subscription build' sort of thing where each installment brings the next set of parts to be assembled similar to that Tiger I
project of some years back? or is it a built up model??
Curious minds wanna know.

It looks like someone in Russia got the eaglemoss kit from the UK and collected all 33 editions and is now offering it all for sale at one time. As far as I know, the eaglemoss offerings are subscription builds and each month you get a magazine and another set of parts. Looks like a good gun, but the price is kind of high. Fynsdad might know more about the kit.

I don’t know anything about the kit/magazine as such, although I was in their office when they were doing the photos. It did look nice.

It's a subscription magazine with the history and some technical descriptions + a manual for building the model + the parts necessary to build the described steps in the magazine.
`And it's a bloody expensive way to build a model.
To be brutally honest, the "subscribe to our magazine and build a model" always feels a bit like a scam to pull more money out of unsuspecting buyers. The resulting models are usually none-too-bad, but not outstanding, or worth the price of the subscription.
If You really want a gun like that, I wouldn't be surprised there's a reasonably accurate garage kit of it somewhere for a fraction of the price.
