Exclamation Replacement Electronics

Hi, fellow RC Tankers!
I have a Mato Toys M4A1(76)W 1:16 RC Sherman Tank that I purchased back in 2009. One of the circuit boards overheated, almost caught fire and is no longer working. The tank does not function at all. I'm hoping to find replacement circuit boards for this particular tank. I know that Mato Toys no longer produces this version RC Tank, however, I'm hoping someone out there knows where I can obtain replacement electronics. If not, are there any schematics available for this tank's circuit boards so that I may be able to install a similar control system? I have a replacement Mato RC transmitter, circuit boards and crystals that I bought years ago that look like they could be adapted.
Thank you for your time and help!

I've a mato sherman that suffered a similar fate, what I did was used the control board and remote from a henglong King tiger I'm rebuilding. Personally I would spend the money on a newer control system like one from Taigen. as the old mato boards were prone to failure. From what I remember, the turret motor on the mato is wired backwards to the HL and Taigen ones. otherwise it should all be plug and play. I'm also unsure as to if the airsoft unit will directly work. as mine is not hooked up. Anyways aside from that welcome to the forum!

The HL drive motors are wired backwards from the Mato too.

I upgraded my Mato Sherman to a DBC system, but I think the IBU systems are better and have less issues. I have the IBU3 system in one tank, and the DBC in three tanks. My next upgrade will be an IBU.

I still have my original Mato circuit board just sitting in a parts bag. It worked fine when I pulled it. You want it?
