Tamiya and Taigen Leopard 2A6 upper hull

Is Taigen Leopard 2A6 upper hull excately the same (size+shape) as Tamiya one?

Is it possible to use Taigen Leo 2A6 metal upper hull with Tamiya Leo 2A6 lower hull - any (what?) modifications are needed?
