Default Old school Tamiya JS-2.

I grabbed this one when they first came out, building it for serious battle action but NEAD went belly up and it never got a chance to compete.

I went a bit crazy detailing it, add surface texture, the welds on the cupola as well as cast marks and attachment hooks. The grab bars are brass and the IR emitter in the gun sight, within all club specs. The top is hinged for easy access, never liked the way Tamiya attached them after the original Tiger I and M4.

To get that telephone pole of a barrel to respond fast enough to fight I went with Futaba servos and micro switches to limit it as well as a counterweight in the turret.

I also set up the lights to function, they were solid parts in the kit, but I couldn't let that slide. Beside the heavy denting and weathering, it's otherwise pretty much stock.

Here are some pics, let me know what you think. All comments welcome.

PM if anyone is interested in more info.

Thanks Rudy!

Yeah, this one was one of my favorites, it's a shame to have it up on blocks. It needs a new home.
