1/10 scale Tiger I tracks
For any of you who have a 1/10 scale Tiger I for which you need a new set of tracks or wish to upgrade to a more scale appearing set,
I see Asiatam has their 1/10 scale Tiger I tracks back in stock. I was told they are zinc with a steel sprocket and alu idler. The set I bought some years back are made of steel with steel sprockets. I don't recall getting an idler with my sets. It's disappointing that the set isn't steel but at least they seem more proportional, with scale appearance than many of the tracks that older 1/10 Tigers came with. In zinc they will be pretty heavy in that scale.
Not sure how well they would function with a Hooben Tiger I.
You can also just buy the tracks without sprocket or idler. Either option is a bit pricey but then there aren't many options these days..Even a zinc set will out last many of us.
