Default Animatronic 1/16 Tiger Commander

Having fun adding features to my Tiger1. All he does is turn his head back and forth but I think it looks pretty cool. The mg34 ammo belt draped over the loader’s shoulder is an Aber kit generously given to me by a kind fellow rc tanker.

If you have an extra channel and a pot or a slide switch this is a pretty easy mod that looks cool. Kevin even has a cool little board that makes it move randomly.

What radio are you using? The jagdtiger is on an i10 and that has three pots and two slide switches so it leads to lots of possibilities.

I’ve always thought those moving bow mgs looked cool. Thanks for posting the video. I’m using a new Radiomaster TX16S with 16 channels. Rad_Schuhart is an evil influencer. The left slider controls the head. My receiver has 10 channels. Channel 9 turns the commander’s head so I can hook one more servo up directly to channel 10. I also have one more servo port available on my Elmod Fusion Pro. I’m kicking around a couple of ideas.

After receiving some programming instruction I was able to coordinate my tank commander’s head to turn with the turret or when turning the tank or at will with my left slider on my radio. Makes things much more fun.
Thanks Dr, Schuhart!
