Hello all! I’ve always drooled over Armortek models and approaching retirement decided to move forward on one. Unfortunately, cannot afford to purchase outright and wanted to use their payment option. Sent email through website on the 14th and followed up a couple days ago with no response. For those who deal/have dealt with Armortek, is this slow response normal for them? Does anyone have an alternate email address (besides the [email protected]) I could try?

hi…. I have first hand dealings with Armortek having bought a Pershing kit in March this year.
They are renowned for NOT responding to emails and the customer service is lousy.
My build was going fine until the power distribution module burst into flames . Even then I could not get any response from Armortek . I posted many times on the forum but Kian the owner cannot accept criticism.
After they eventually accepted they had a build problem and RECALLED ALL MODULES, they blocked me from the forum and closed access to my account. The kit cost me £7869.00 gbp and now I cannot complete my build.
I live 50 miles from their factory in the U.K.
Call me if you or anyone needs more info
