Default Tankzone.uk

Hello, I was wondering if anyone here have ordered from Tankzone.uk before?
How's their shipping and service? They have free worldwide shipping on a lot of their inventory.

Thanks,
Jchung

I personally never ordered from them.
but look at the price tag. also it is still international shipping. I would rather order from my Hongkong supplier. it is much cheaper. take about same time to receive the stuff.
good luck.

I also looked at that site and was interested when i seen free shipping, especially for overseas delivery.....Than i broke out the currency converter and immediately realized why they can do free shipping. Reminds me of the Hong Kong ebayers and their 40.00 buy it now kits, but with the 85.00 shipping! Buyer beware!!!!!!

I have ordered from Tank Zone once. They shipp internationally. Quick and good services. However, one element that could make modeler to consider before ordering from Tank Zone is the price. Usually, the price is very high. Truely, I ordered from Tank Zone just because I could not find the items I want at other online shops. In addition, Tank Zone accepted payment by credit card while other online shops where I could find the items I want do not accept credit cards but only wire transferred, a term of payment that was not allowed from Vietnam.

I hope that my post would be helpful to you.

Hi,

I'm based in the UK and have ordered from Tankzone......the service is good but there prices are sky high.....it is cheaper for me to import from Mato and other suchlike suppliers than use tankzone..........it is very disappointing to have to do this but the cost difference is too great to ignore.........I hope they do something to there priceing soon because they do have a good selection of parts and stuff..............

Cheers

For which tanks?

Most of the HL stuff can be purchaced from MatoToys in Canada, and the Wasan/Mitsuwa T34, Bandai & Tamiya stuff can be bought from either Backyard Armor or ETO Armor.

www.MatoToys.com
www.BackyardArmor.com
www.ETOArmor.com

Be patient with Bob at ETO, he travels a fair bit.

Hope that helps ya out.
