Default Sherman in progress

I just posted some shots of my first sherman. I modified it into an up armored 76mm M-4A3 (76) w hvss. The post won't let me add them her so I put 4 shots in the gallery.

Backyard Armor conversion for the turret and deck, add on armor is lexan and window screen for the somerfield matting. No vvss parts. Top hatches open and I added styrene rod for the brush covers on the periscopes. I regret that it does not recoil but so far it runs like a dream.

Here are updated pics of my M-4A3 (76) HVSS Sherman. They are in the gallery since this computer won't let me post them here. I have painted and detailed it to represent a tank from the 4th armored division in late 44- early 45. The name Cabana Boy is actually an inside joke with a friend of mine. It does't represent any specific vehicle.
