Default Vs Shipping?

What is the average time an order should ship from ToyEast? I ordered it on Jan 16th, and as of today (Jan 24) it still shows as Not Shipped??? Is this normal?
I recieved a "recieved Payment" e-mail and it stated that the order would be shipped within 3 days unless there was a problem. I have recieved no e-mail stating such and I have e-mailed twice just asking if there was one. No reply?[&o]

How do you know it hasn't been shipped? When I ordered from them they told me 11 to 19 days IIRC, it took two weeks. There was no way to track the package from overseas.

I do hope you ar eright. I had to create an account on their website to place an order. When I go to look at my account, I can click on my order number and it states "Not Ship Yet".

I bought one and it took about 10-13 days. Don't forget, it's business days, not calander days. I had great luck with them.

Listed on their Ebay site it said that they are out of town at the huge hobby show until the 24th.

They said no orders would ship during that time. I remember seeing it on their sites.

Did you read that notice before ordering?

It isn't on their website and obviously I don't recall seeing that. I guess I am just anxious, LOL!

Ok should I be concerned yet?
Ordered on 1/15
Recieved e-mail on 1/16 stating they had recieved payment and the order would ship within 3 days or I "would be notified by e-mail of any problems"
It is now 2/6 and I still have no order. That is 15 business days later not counting the 16th. I paid for the 7-9 day shipping.
I have e-mailed them twice just asking if there were any problems, no response except an automated reply stating they would contact me within 48 hours (which neither time they did)
When I go on their website and look at "My Account", the order says "Has Not Shipped Yet".

If you paid via PayPal file a claim. That will wake them up and get them to send the item out to you.

OR go on Ebay and send them an email through their Ebay account. They might notice that more.

Sometimes the junk mail filters are on so high that a personal email gets sent right to junk email and they never see it.

Thanks for the tips. I took your advice on the E-bay e-mail account but it bounced back and said it was FULL. I think I may have lost my money on this deal.

Credit card. I contaced VsTank Inc and they said they talked with Toyeast and Toyeast stated they had sent a reply to me????? I haven't gotten a reply and trust me, I check several times a day. I hope by VsTank talking with them that it will maybe light a fire under them to ship the product. I just don't understand. I mean, if they are out of stock, just let me know, I can be patient when need be, but I have heard nothing except, "Hey we got your money, Thanks!"

When you get your CC bill and it has the charge on it, call the CC company.

Tell them you ordered a product from this company and they have not shipped your item and they won't talk to you.

They will reverse the charges and contact ToyEast.

Well at least you got an answer.

No wonder their Ebay auctions don't have anymore airsoft tanks on them.

When you get yours post and let us know.

From Toyeast: No Airsoft tanks and NO idea when they will get more. I had to switch to the IR version and it may have been a blessing in disguise since I have 3 dogs and a 4 year old. Seems the airsoft versions are REAL popular, esp the M1A2 version. I switched to the IR version so I could get the M1. I called a LHS about 30min drive from home and they have the Leopard IR on sale for $89, so I may get that one this weekend and play, LOL then have 2 so we can battle. I hope the new TigerI, in August, will have an airsoft version. I will post pics ASAP.

I guess I should have got my airsoft M1 when I had a chance.

Oh well, the wait will make it worthwhile I hope.

I intentionally purchased the IR since it should be more pet friendly.

I have a cat, but I'm not gonna shoot it with my tank. I followed it with the Heng Long M26 I have but never shot at or near her.

Only a very sick person would do that.

As for the BBs, I think they are small enough to pass should a cat find a stray one and swallow it.

Well, I didn't want to take a chance. The tank on the checkerboard flooring is not mine, but this way everyone can still see another color pattern (or lack thereof depending on one's point of view).
