I'd seen that tank picture before - just how does that end up in the UK somewhere and just sit? Everyone is so military minded so far as historical interests, so I am curious about that. Maybe Gorehound or someone else in the UK can find out.

Hi Templars

I have seen pictures of this one before but don't know much about it. I live at the other end of the UK and when I did stay in London it was long before the pink tank was there.

Sorry I could not be any more help but when I am in London next and if I get a chance I will try and get some photos for you.....

Cheers
Gorehound

For sale? No doubt. If it was kept in its current state, painted pink or otherwise, it definitely needed some TLC and a restoration. Hopefully whoever buys it will do so and appreciate it for what it is.
Does anyone know if it runs or still has its engine?

As for Tankride.com, I've seen that site before. Best deal still remains the...

T-55's
$16,000 - 26,000 plus shipping

Man I would take out a Second mortgage for an M60A3, but if I did that, the wife would make sure I was comfortable on the turret floor of my new home

Owning a Stuart is a HOOT (ers)! I got two of 'em -Stuarts, not hooters!
I saw one (real) for sale on the internet not long ago - small, easy to park, and gets almost as good of gas mileage as a Hummer!

A very subtle inflammatory comment. I thought the mods weren't going to allow it anymore.

What exactly is your continued problem? Do you have nothing better to do?

It was not controversial whatsoever. Tankduel's post however was, and I gladly reported it. The mod cleaned it up and I told him I had no problem with mine being deleted.

Though he has softened up quite a bit to rehabilitate his soiled image, to MANY, he remains the same number one problem on this forum. The Mods know - they are not fools. They are able to go way back and see where all the trouble was started.

Funny, I agree with you about something and you have to throw out a wise crack. Funny, you felt free to say and reply with all kinds of things in the past but object to my replying to you. In these instances, you were never even invited into the discussion but seeing this is a forum, it was allowed. Give it a break. I hope you are able to see this before it is likewise removed.

What are you smoking noob?

I don't reply to your pathetic postings because, to put it simply, you're a moron of the highest standards, you went looking for this noob and now you got it, your post above will only be removed when you report it like you always do, right moron! In the future always remember that I could care less about your worthless noob responses to any of my postings, so don't reply, and just keep your ass shut!

Tut Tut Templar
I merely pointed out that you made a subtle inflammatory remark to CJ . The moderator removed your post, and my 'request' to do so, i was happy with that. But then if you were OK with having your post removed, why did you post an altered version again. Thanks for proving my point that your post was inflammatory.
I don't appreciate the nasty things you are now saying about me......moderator?

I don't think either of you two know what basic words mean. It just doesn't get any simpler than that. You guys are the number one reason why people just have had enough. You started on people from day one. But hey, thats okay, I seldom come here anymore anyway because of the absolutely uneducated behavior that has to be endured. I have a Masters in Business with an emphasis in economics. Yet, I have to justify why I think a certain way regarding economics to you two. You have got to be kidding. Its like analogous to arguing with a wall.

I think the mods have tried a great deal to handle the problems here but I really don't think they can teach either of you what you need.
