I believe he may have been banned. There was some discussion between him and the moderator on various rules subjects a couple of weeks ago.

Tomzag has not been banned. There was an "exchange" between Tom and the moderators which resulted in administrative action being taken. He was placed on Moderated Status as a result of these actions. MS simply means that all posts a person makes need to be approved by a moderator before they appear in a public forum. MS is a temporary measure, but it is totally up to the individual as to how long they are on MS. Once they prove that they are willing to play by the rules of RCU MS status is lifted. Tom's absence is self imposed as he has chosen to not log onto RCU since 2:29 AM on Sept. 13th. He has not been banned from RCU and he is more than welcome to continue to participate in the discussions as long as that participation is within the rules of RCU.
