How much time are you shooting for? I get 3+ hours out of a single 3600 battery. The kids only have the attention span to play for about an hour, so that's 3x we take the tanks out before "refueling".

I don't know my German battle flags. I saw this in a wartime photo flying on a German tank so I thought it was prototypical? Have I got the cross in the wrong quadrant or something?

Hi YHR
The flag that appears flying on your tank is actually the German Navy ensign (1935-1945), and it's way difficult that this flag appears in any WW2 Tiger I pic...
For air-land recognition purposes, WW2 german tanks usually employed the plain nazi party flag (black svastika in a white circle surrounded by a red rectangle), but never the "Kriegsmarine" flag (German Navy ensign).

RE: More tiger upgrades
while you are doing upgrades it would be worth buying some good quality 400 motors and saving for the Clark electronics.
that way your tank wil have more power and 3600 - 4300 batterys that way you will get about 3hours+ on each battery.
plus then you will be able to add the battle system at a later date.

I read somewhere a while back, that the panzer units were actually in favor of changing there ariel recognition flags from the read white and Black Swastika to the Iron cross such as they had painted on there tanks. Wish I could remember where I read that.....................AGE is a wonderful thing for loss of memory. As for the Kriegsmarine Flag, By the end of the war it was used in all theaters of operation.

RE: More tiger upgrades
Thank-you. I searched through the internet to try and find the picture of the Tiger flying Kriegsmarine battle flag, but I came up empty. Having someone else confirm the event, means I can rest easy
